1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMSPipe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SMSPipe is a platform that allows users to send SMS messages through their own Android devices via a REST API and web dashboard. The Service acts as a bridge between your application and your personal mobile device — it does not provision phone numbers or act as a telecom carrier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account & Authentication

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any API tokens associated with your SMSPipe account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without recipient consent.
• Transmit content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Device & Message Responsibility

Messages are sent from your own Android device using your mobile carrier's network. You are solely responsible for all messages sent through the Service, including their content, recipients, and compliance with applicable messaging laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR). SMSPipe does not monitor, filter, or store the content of your messages beyond what is necessary for delivery status tracking.

7. Data & Privacy

Your message data flows through your own device. SMSPipe stores metadata (delivery status, timestamps, device identifiers) to provide the Service. You may permanently delete all your data at any time from the dashboard. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

SMSPipe offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMSPipe and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, failed message delivery, or carrier charges incurred through your device.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
